I haved worked for a company for 15 years and am classed as the office manager?

Now my emloyer has brought in his nephew and his wage is considerably more than mine, even though he has no responsiblity and does far less work (he gets a set rate regardless of how many hours he does which is alot less than mine, i do an average of 50 hours while he works if you can call it that 35) It is a clear case of nepotism, is there anything i can do i.e employment laws

Answer:
Yes you can wake up and save yourself before its too late. Leave!
Find yourself a better place where you experience and services could be appreciated.

You seem to look down at yourself, in other words, turn-the-other-cheek. Its 15 years and you deserve better. Act Now! best wishes
By law you have to have those employment posters hanging somewhere in your workplace (usually in the breakroom), and they will have the phone number/ address you can use to report unfair job practices. But first it would probably be better if you spoke with the owner before you bring in the state
Yeah, 15 years in a industry makes you an expert of you field.
