How long do you think an employee must serve a company before trying to leave for a better oppurtuniry?

Answer:
There is no given time keep your eyes open and preferably your mouth shut and and go when you feel the time is right
Well that depends. If you are new to the work force and get a better job offer go for it.
If i was hired today and tomorrow I found a better job I would leave.
Serve a company? You work for them, not serve them. Changing jobs to improve yourself is always ok. Changing jobs every 3-6 mo starts to look bad on your resume after a time. Do you feel you owe your company something? Did you accept training with a promise to stay? If not, you're free to do whatever. Trust me, they'd lay you off in a heart beat if it suited their purposes.
if you have another job take it I have known people who have worked for one day and have moved on to other jobs. Its not a sentance so if your not happy move on
There is no time limit. Imagine that you send out application to various company and then you happen to get a job. On the one day before your reporting day you get an interview with a better company and one week later you are offered the job? I am sure you will take it. So to me there is no better time than the present
Leaving within a couple of weeks allows you NOT to put them on your resume. After that, you might be stuck for three months or so, to make it look good on the rez. Then, if someone asks about such a short stay, you can tell them you realized the job or company or whatever wasn't what you thought it was, and decided to move on. No one would hold that against you.
As soon as it knocks!
You don't want to appear to be a "job hopper", that doesn't look good on a resume. The absolute minimum is 2 years.
if the job is worth it go for the other.but if none.wait around 6-8 months
I would not accept any job or role that you are not willing to stick out for at least a year. Companies invest in employees, training you for the job, so you should try to deliver what is expected. You might just get a better opportunity right there.
it depends if a person seeks a new opportunity or challenges, but must consider the risks involved
