well assuming you are in the uk i would say ACAS or your local CAB the tel numbers should be in yell.com i doubt you can get the advice online but you can try. hope it helps and hey if you are outside of uk then sorry i dont know!

You need to phone around/look in the yellow pages for one that specialises on employer/employee relations.
