its my way of thanking my parents in all of thier sacrifices. im 24 and a gov't employee..a accountancy graduate.i can't save money on my current work.i already try applying in website thats offers a job but it doesn't work..

Answer:
Do you really expect someone to just offer to pay for you? Apply for scholarships. Figure out a way to save money. Or just don't study abroad. It's a priviledge, not a right.
Wouldn't it be easier to fly a plane instead of a broad? Ha Ha!! You could join the military service and fly with the big boys.
i think you need to get an accountance lisence to work as one in the u.s (c.p.a) start there and look it up.

If you have the qualifications you say you have, first visit the local embasy/consulate of the country you wish to go. They will provide you with the entry requirements. Go through the process. Save enough to make the initial trip. Upon arrival, there are usually church groups that will introduce you very quickly to the new country. Risk goes with reward. Life does not owe anyone a living. You create your own rewards by taking informed risks!
