The worst manager are the ones who never communicate a thing to their staff and who leave them completely in the dark about company changes, who yell or humiliate you about minor mistakes and overlook major ones due to carelessness (on Manager's part), who set a bad example of working themselves by taking long breaks, being gone all the time, and then hypocritically getting on others who are legitimately out sick or have ill family, and the WORST: manager's who's worth ethic is infamous (do NOT do their own job well because they are poor managers and lazy workers, they come late, leave early, leave employees with tasks that are actually their (the manager's, that is) responsibility and that they are given very little, if any, training to handle, Manager's that are totally UNAPPROACHABLE about any issue and the DOOR is never open to a solution and they are very arrogant and not humble.
