Job change- an opinion from the public.?

I'm offered a television news job that has great "european" benefits, 1 mth vacation, 125% matching contribution to retirement account and half paid health care. Unfortunately its a can become a rut, or unstimulating and almost isolating from the competitors in television production. The current company I work for has contracts with different organization and value creativity for different types of productions other than news.. I like the people I work with but the pay is not keeping up with inflation. I'm not the type that job-hops. Stay for passion or leave for money?

Answer:
Never, ever leave for the money. Life is way too short for that.
First guy is right. Besides, you don't know how long, or short, you'll last at the new place if you jump.

But I do envy those bennies!
Stay where you are. Passion outweighs the money. !
Find your nitche. If you are not happy with your current job or profession.don't limit yourself. Someone with news experience has more options open to them than they know. Think about what U Want! Then go get it!
