Is it stressful working as a customer service representative in a call centre for an airline?

Answer:
yes, in fact, most call centre are stressful whether in the airline or other industry. You got lots of calls and some really nasty and unreasonable ones pretty often, yet you can offend them and still have to be very polite under any circumstances.
Definitely, last time my old company(not airline company)engaged a lot of staff for call centre. In fact, most of the staff found it stressful working there coz a lot of client can be very nasty to u and u have to be very polite to them no matter how frustrated u are. The moment u offend them, they will request for your supervisor to pick up the call and normally the supervisor had to deal with it amicably. It is not as easy as what pple think.
