UK co.asked 4 360GBP 4workpermit.I found that it was a fraud to get money from me. Now wt 2do2 get money back?

Mr.mak peterson-HR manager askedme for 360GBP(refundable) so that co.would get workpermit 4me.I sent the money through national bank.now,he is asking 4 more 200GBP.I refused for the same.he sant me a sanned copy of the workpermit which is a fraudulant copy as said by Bombay Deputy High Commission(BDHC).
