All the jobs now a days r stressfull because of competition in all thefields. so choose ur priority n go for it.
weather u go in a bank or airline or any other MNC u will find jobs much more stressfull so don't worry n be happy .
I think not only in airline, working as cutomer service is always stressfull because of so much work pressure.
think of it this way, people dont call to say thanks they call because there is a problem or they need something from you. some people are nice about it and others will be the most disgruntled and foul mouthed people youll ever speak to. if you can handle solving problems and enjoy helping people then it can be rewarding. however, if you cant handle confrontation on the telephone then its probably going to be very stressful for you. it really depends on your personality.
