They are planning a meeting for only people who speak Chinese at my job- i was not invited- I speak English?

It is a company headquartered in China but has a North American office.

This employee is hosting "Ivy Leagues and Family Education Seminar - From Perspectives of A Chinese Family"

The person sent the e-mail to everyone in the Texas office, then sent another e-mail to everyone with a western name and said we were not supposed to be included in the first e-mail's e-mail distro.

Is this exclusion? The meeting is on company time on company property.

He said the language of the presentation is in Chineese because the title of the meeting is perspectives from a Chinese family.

Why would you even want to go to that? Your life must be pretty carefree for this to be an issue.
if you won't be able to understand why would you want to go. You need to cater to your client and this one needs it in Chinese
