What are the good career options for me to be near to the animals and nature?

If this is your career path, you are quite restricted to few jobs. At the moment I don't think there is any career that is related to both unless you join Singpore Zoo. Otherwise you have to choose from either one. For career with nature, National Parks Board is a good choice but based on your study I think your chances of maintaining the infrastructure of Nparks is high.
For animals there are a few organisation you can look at : They are a) SPCA, b) Jurong Birdpark c) Singpore Zoo etc. I believe these organistaion work in shift so you must be mentally prepared if you are to join any of these organisation.
I feel that if you are major in C& E Engineering, maybe you can work in enviromental line. The demand is still there but as for the pay I am not too sure what is it like.

Sorry, I have no particular information about job opportunities in Singapore, but it is basically a city rather than a country, so I'd guess that opportunities to work "with animals in nature" might be limited. Perhaps they have zoos, wild animal parks, or jobs like the US Forest Service. Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, and other southeast Asian countries might offer different opportunities or perhaps international organizations (like Save the Rainforests) have offices in Singapore.
I thought you are dealing with nature to some extent already when you specialized in Environment Engineering. Otherwise, you coulc get work in Conservation and the like.
