What to answer if asked "what are your weaknesses?
Answer:
a good solid answer could be
my weaknesses include: over analytical, over zealous, self-doubting, need for perfection, meticulous, to trusting.
you want to make the person who asks think that your weaknesses are actually good ones, i mean your not going to say, I'm to bossy, I'm lazy, i cry if i get into trouble, I'm a rat, you don't want to turn the person off who is asking this, as you may give the wrong answer and it could cost you a job or a possable relationship, so make your self sound good, but dont over do it.

Answer with something that is also a strength. Example:
"I work very well independently, but sometimes when I work with others, I have a difficult time performing processes in the fashion best decided upon by the group."

The standard answer is "Sometimes I work too hard" but my favorite is from Dilbert: "Although I have poor hygiene, I don't steal as much as you would think."

You need to take something that is work related and you are obsessed about and state it strenght in the work place but as a weakness for you. E.g analytical. I am very analytical as far as a particular assignment is concerned, which results to me putting a lot of time, effort, and resources to searching for the correct procedure of undertaking that assignment. To some Managers, this might be viewed as a waste of time. In other words putting your flaws work for you.
Anything that is non-work related. Eg. I only know how to cook instant noodles.

You should always choose a Strength and reflect it as a weakness.
