Yes and you need to get your work permit from your high school. Ask your counselor where you can obtain the permit. You are obligated to get a work permit until the age of 18. Good luck.

I never heard of needing permission from school to get a part time job. The only time I ever needed it was when my job was going to make me a little late for a class sometimes.
