Abuse and harrassment in office where to report?
Answer:
You can report it to your supervisor and then to your Human Recources Dept. If all else fails, she should hire an attorney because what they're doing is against the law.

Speak to her immediate senior's boss or to the manager of the company. Make a detailed list of all the incidents of abuse and harrassment, when and by whom.
Is there a union? If so, approach the union representative for advice.
Start searching for another job.
Police. Social Welfare. Most importantly is she has to speak up and tell that bloody senior off.
Believe his senior had seen through her weaknesses, hence dare to bully her. Knowing that she won't retaliate.
The company paid her salary not her senior (unless the senior is the boss). I must make sure I get my job done. Should anything goes wrong is he going to be responsible. If she knows who is his immediate boss, go straight to his boss and complain.
Ask your human resources office. If the company hasn't provided a place to report this sort of thing than you must go to a lawyer. However you will have to pay the lawyer if he can't collect damages which he can't unless the company fires you or does something to lower your pay. If they have no place to report then you are way more likely to win a sexual harassment case so it actually can be a good thing to have to go through this.
Don't tolerate any harassment. Record as much as possible. At the very least write down the dates and times of things that happen. A tape recording or physical evidence is much better, but specific details are often enough. Tell your superior when you believe he is doing something inappropriate. Remember, you want them to retaliate so don't fear it. If they do anything to your job (fire you, cut your pay or hours), anything at all you go to the lawyer. Even if they say the had another reason it doesn't matter. You can prove a history of abuse. They will have to give you your job back, lots of money and discipline (probably fire) those responsible. Your job will be more secure than it has ever been. You will have precedence and any little thing they try you call that lawyer and get more money.
It may sound a little like milking the system but companies need to learn the right way to do things. They won't get it until it hits them financially. So be the teacher and come out the better for it.
