Media sales, i assume would be selling advertising spots to companies via your "media" radio, television, internet. Personality should be detail oriented plus the gift of gab, social chameleon. Where to go: look online, start w/ newspapers--they're always hiring for those jobs. Education. sometimes a four year degree but not always a pre-req. Mass communication would be a great degree for it. All sales is stressful.
