What is the difference between a CNA and a SRNA?

Maybe it's the same position, but I'm not sure. If anyone could tell me if there is any difference between CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and SRNA (State Registered Nursing Assistant), I'd greatly appreciate it.

Answers:
a SRNA has more power than the CNA
