Well my Yahoo family this is the story I never was convicted or have a felony but I did plead guitly for shopligting 15yrs ago.I been working at a big name company as a temp and they ask me to be perm.So I had my interview and told the truth they will let me know do u think it will be held against me to work at this company.I't never was a problem another big name company PLS HEL ME I'M SO SCARED I LOVE THIS JOB..

15 years ago is a long time. You probably should've ignored telling them... but if they care about something thats 15 years old, you probably dont want the job anyway
