I would say make sure not to over-exert your voice and sound too enthusiastic. At the call center I used to work for, they would not hire people who sounded too phony. Good luck! Other than that, as others said, dress professionally,and be prepared to answer the stupid question: "Why do you think you would be good for this position?" LOL
make sure you are dressed for a business interview. bring all info. you may need such as past employers and references. always bring a pen and a smile. give it your best shot. and GOOD LUCK tomorrow
Not sure if you have applied to work in the Call Centre as an officer or as a person who is on the other side of the phone. Either way, the main thing that you ned to prepare for is Communication skill and a friendly tone when you speak. Also the main component would be the technical skill associated with the company for which you are going to work for.
Also a smiling face always keeps you in good spirits and good standing within the company.
