That sure is wishful thinking. If it were that easy to make that much money everyone would be doing it already. Some doctors don't even make that for many years after med school.
None. People pay for skills, knowledge and credentials. If you don't get those through college and then later, experience, nobody will pay you the big bucks.
One possibility is medical or pharmaceutical sales if you work your butt off for commissions and basically have no life of your own and don't mind being on the road constantly.
Pharmaceutical sales - be prepared to look good all the time, kiss up to everyone, and sound good non-stop.
A typical pharma sales rep has a 3 min, 6 min, and 30 min speech prepared and start ANY TIME, ANY WHERE.
Did I forget to mention, you have to look good for the job.
