How to value-add to your company?

More details please?
Is the question "How to add value to your company."? I'm going to assume you are asking about an already established company, not a start up.

First and foremost, marketing. Start with research. What persons or businesses need what ever product or services you are offering? Once you have that information, target those customers.

Now that you have customers, evaluate how you are serving them. Avoid long waits, do you have what is needed in stock? If not, perhaps expand the best selling items so you can deliver what you promise.

Do you have a good sales staff? That will make or break a business. Advertise. Remember the old adage, advertising doesn't cost, it pays. But target your market to reach the right customers, reading glasses wouldn't interest pre-teens, that type of thing.

Once everything is working as it should, the customer base will increase, the money coming in will increase, and viola, you have added value to your business.
