ok telling your customers to fill out surveys is not going to get you more money. if you want the real "money shot"(haha), think of creative ways to serve them, like serving the shot glass between your breasts or if it is a high enough proof of alcohol, light it on fire then serve it. it's all about show.
Appeal to the male ego. Flirt with the customer and pout playfully when he says no.
