What kind of career do you have that allows you to travel all over the world?

How did you go about getting to that point? I am sick of my desk job.. I need something interesting to do. I want to travel. Help me.

Answer:
Pilot
Flight Attendant
Air Marshal
Diplomat
Soldier
Scientist
Archeologist
Journalist
Teacher
Engineer
Electronics technician

Some of those are not so obvious. The engineer and tech ones are because the US outsources many maintenance jobs at their bases throughout the world. They have roving teams of techs that move to a different base every month or so. They teach a class or two, overhaul equipment, some all they do is paint satellite dishes.

One of my favorite civilian teachers was a grumpy old US Navy veteran, he was already retired but bored to stay at home so he took a job with a defense contractor. His job consists of flying to some specific bases oversea (not to combat zones) every other month. He spends a month at home, a month overseas then back home for a month. Every other overseas trip his wife joins him, so they travel around a lot.
You could be a flight attendant
become a flight attendent or a pilot. or join the armed services, they travel the world too (although that's probably not what you are looking to do.)
Would love to share what I do from home. I am giving you my web site http://fhhc.stayinhomeandlovinit.com. , how ever it is a bit vague. I have a couple of options of how I can deliver the information one is on the phone and the other would be thru skype and a slide presentation. I am not able to send a simple email because it is important to hear all the information in it entirety. You can request information on the first page of my web site.

If you are interested in setting up a time to talk please just email me. You can stop by my blog and it may give you a bit of info about me as a person rather than a computer on the other end .http://fhhc.blogspot.com

I'm currently with a Christian drama ministry, Covenant Players. I've been with them over 20 years now, and have gotten to work in quite a few European countries -- Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Wales, Germany -- and visit even more while I was over there. I currently have friends (also Americans, as am I) in Europe, Australasia, S Africa, S America, Japan, China, and other friends who are from those places. Fun, hm? You can look this ministry up on the Internet at www.covenantplayers.org for more details. You have to commit to at least two years' service, and understand that the pay isn't so great. It's hard, but very rewarding. You can contact our recruiting supervisor through that website, too, if you want more info. (Or, of course, email me by clicking on my 'name' under the smiley grey box over there.)

In case you're not North American, we have offices where one can join this ministry in Colombia, Australia, Germany, and S Africa. It's best if you go to the nearest one to where you live.

Don't worry if you have little or even no drama experience. Everyone who joins receives comprehensive training in the particular style of drama that we perform.
there are many jobs with the cruise lines, depending on your skills, you can find something with the ships.
I work from home for a company based in the US that just went international. I travel a minimum of 5X a year with them and absolutely love it! Heading to Hawaii next week! I'd love to assist you in making this happen for you too, if you are serious about really wanting to make a change and you think outside of the box. I will work with people who have an entrepreneurial spirit and aren't attached to the "9-5" mentality that most people seem to conform to. You can contact me directly for more info.
