it looks good, Honesty Honesty Honesty, is your best approach
with relevance's to the interview Questions, and at the end of
the day you are who you are...End of

Here are some key resources to field interview questions:

Prepare in advance for ANSWERS to those questions you know that are rountine and boring.

The good companies now a days ask BEHAVIORIAL TYPE of opened ended questions instead of these you listed above. This the old methodology you want to work for a modern company with career advancement opportunities, growth potential and great benefits to keep you happy - right?

With truth and honesty. If you really cannot answer those simple straightforward questions you are not a suitable candidate. . . . ."You are fired ! "
The answers and why are too long to post here. Go to the bookstore and get a interviewing book, there's tons that give you the right answers and why.

Check out my website under "Useful Books" for book reviews and links.

Good Luck!
The best way is to always have your answers related to past working experiences.

What are you strengths and weaknesses?
(if you have worked in customer service) "I have previously worked as a receptionist and had to interact with customers and clients. I was strong in communication, organization, and .. i feel that I could improve on..."

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
"Because I am applying for this position, I would love to see myself working up the ladder with the company. I see myself contributing a lot to company and am eager to learn how. I would like to see myself progressing towards (whatever field you are applying for)."

What is the biggest mistake you've made and what did you do to rectify it?
(again, relate this to a previous experience)
