Ugh, I HATE those questions! Of course you have to be honest, but you need to know how to express what a fabu employee you are. Right? Tell them you're proactive--you try to take care of things as soon as they come up, instead of waiting for someone to tell you. You follow-up your tasks, instead of assuming it's taken care of just because you directed it, you like to confirm later that an issue has been settled. You also don't like to present a problem without a proposed solution. When you see something that needs to be changed, streamlined, or remedied, you aren't a complainer. You come with possible solutions before bringing it to your supervisor.
That's a good start, I think. Good luck to you!
