I only sleep for atleast 4-5 hours a day in the morning before work. My work starts at 9pm-6am. Is it ok for my health?

Sure it is.just make sure you sleep when you get home for at least 7 hours, then you still have the rest of your day ahead of you!
In the long run, you are not sleeping enough. Otherwise, the job itself is fine. Find a way to get more sleep!
