Question about how Spherion Employment Agency?

My friend recently got a job through Spherion. She only worked the job 2 days, because they didn't tell her the truth about what the job was. My question is, does Spherion take a percentage of your checks, or what? Even if you only work a few days?

Please, only serious answers from people with experience with this subject. It's actually pretty important. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about Spherion, but I could tell you about another option that might interest your friend. Has she ever heard of Arbonne International. It is an awesome company with a great compensation plan. I have been in for 9 months-doing great. Let me know if you guys are interested.

I've worked for Spherion as well. The do not take a percentage of your checks. Many of the offices do have an agreement that you'll be dropped to minimum wage if you do not give a certain amount of notice though. Your friend would have signed the agreement. Yes...it is legal.
