I am confused and don't understand !?
Answer:
Read the book "48 laws of power" by Robert Greene. You need to be more strategic about releasing your knowledge. Get yourself in a position to debut your "solutions" in front of the right audience. Don't confide or divulge to the general public. You'll always have people waiting to take credit for things they did not do themselves.
In front of your boss or at a meeting ask them to go into a little more detail on how and when they came up with the idea and the benefits it affords the company
If someone in your team is stealing your ideas, you do not have a team at this time, just a couple of Parasites, taking credit for what you do. If it is possible for you to tell your boss about your ideas, then by all means do it.
There is nothing lower than a con man or woman or a plagiarist. Put your ideas in writing, so you will have a record.
Not exactly teamwork when you are the only one playing the game..or at least abiding by the rules. Don't share maybe then the boss will notice and your co-workers will be replaced.
when you give the boss a idea, it should be in written form outlining the idea..date it and add who was involved in the brainstorming.[ and everyone involved gets a copy for their records.
then submit the idea to your boss. that should stop the games in your job.
