How do we get her to quit?

So.. the manager and the lead supervisor will both be gone at the end of the month. There's a cashier here that no one (not even the lead supervisor) likes or respects. She thinks she's God's gift to us. She's bossy, nosey, and stupid. So..during this week everyone's going to be gone, we've decided we want to find a way for her to quit. What's a good way to drive a nonentity away without it coming back to us? (Don't mention karma, I'm going to hell at this point anyway..)

Answer:
Act as though she isn't there don't give her any attention and show her that u have no interest to what she wants to say. If she bothers u even more then talk to her about this problem and tell her how u feel. If she doesn't take that seriously then do the same thing over until she spills. (believe me I know....)
Leave her alone.. ignore her and just do your own work.
yeah..what the above said...
My husband has been a rstaurant general manager for several years.Because of the risk of a wrongful termination law suit.He usually has the offending employee's hours cut to about the state minimum.Meaning. the state has a minimum hours law, usually set at no less than 4 hours a week.As long as your lead supervisor (the one who doesnt like her) abides by the minmium hours set by law in your state. You guys will have her out in no time.
Not knowing all the particulars of the case, I'm not prepared to pass judgment on anyone. I say leave her to her own problems. If she's not doing her job, the boss will fire her. If she's being bossy, don't pay attention. If she gossips, frankly tell her you are not interested and walk away. (We cured a friend of mine of gossiping very quickly this way.) If she gets nosy, politely tell her to mind her own business. A united front on these issues should eventually get the point through.

Taking steps to get her fired or harassing her into quitting could very easily come back on you. The only legitimate step you could take would be to keep a diary of any lapses of duty or transgressions of rules. Then if as a group you wish to complain about her you have grounds and so does the boss if they want to fire her.
slash her tires
