Answer:
Is your handwriting neat and clear on the application?

Do you wear your best clothes when applying (don't wear

jeans when visiting a potential employer)

Do you write anything negative on the job application?

Do you attach a resume' to the application?

The answers to these questions might be the reason.

You will be oaky. It takes time to find a job. We all have this problem. What type of job are you looking for? Are you in school?
do you even get interviews? do you dress appropriately for the said job? (not saying you dress like a streetwalker just rule of thumb: a bank will not hire somebody who wears cutoff jeans and a tank top) are you putting down references? what are your experiences?

have a second opinion from a friend or an indifferent third party abt your app. Good luck !
Get a pro to prepare a resume for you.

Use that resume to complete any printed application forms you prepare.

Do some library research into job interviews and job applications.

Talk to some people at your local state unemployment office -- even if you aren't getting unemplyment. They will have someone there who knows enough to help you.
First you have to really want the job and need it
then be reasonable on the salary you expect and be flexible on the position you apply for -- get your foot in then seek promotion
Be confident, dress professionally for the interview even if you are seeking a job as a janitor
write clearly (legible) on the application
Call if they do not call you
Are you also handing in a resume with the application? You have to hand in a resume, it showcases who you are. When you go to an interview, don't over dress and don't under dress. I used to be a manager a clothing store and you would not believe what people came in wearing for interviews.sweat pants and hoodys, a ballgown type dress and bar clothes. Keep it dressy/casual like dress pants and a nice top or cardigan over a tank top (make sure it's not low cut and you can't see the straps). Denim is too casual. I'm guessing you aren't applying for a job where you will need a suit but those are good investments and they will defiantly give you a very professional look. The same goes for when you are looking for the job.dress like you are going for the interview. Remember to smile, be polite, research the companies you are applying at (even McDonald's). Most interviewers will know you're nervous and understand that but if you practice the interview in front of a mirror before going, it can help with you confidence. When filling out an application say how you can help the company. Watch out putting too much on what they can do to help you. As for getting a job have you tried any home-based businesses? I had a lot of trouble so I do something from home now. If you want to know what I do send e-mail request.
You can search for jobs on Craigslist,an online classifieds website. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many companies post their vacancies on this website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired.
