What are the common interview questions?

Answer:
Most interview questions are based on the position. What can you bring to the position and how can your skills bring value to the group you are interviewing with. There are 1000's that I have heard in my years as a consultant. Each person has a different set and I can honestly say that there have very seldom been 2 the same.

Key to remember is they are looking to weed out the negative people. They will ask you questions like 'what have you failed at?' Remember to answer the question with an honest answer, but then show how you turned that negative situation around into something positive so that they can see you in action.

Positive, Up-beat, knowledgeable about their company, and a desire to grow usually gets you in the door.

Good luck

Tell me a situation where you failed?

The thing that sucks, is that this a double edge sword. Because every one have failed at something, so if you say I have never fail they know that you are lying. When you tell them what you failed in, it is negative.
