I have a dilemma?
Answer:
Stay with the job that is less stressful. In order to pay off your bills, why not consider a part time job? Delivering pizza or newspapers can add quite a bit of income. I was once in your situation and got a paper route which added three early morning hours to my routine but it paid quite well for the hours I'd normally be sleeping. I set a goal when I started that I'd do it only as long as I was in debt. After 13 months I quit and life was very good knowing I could answer my telephone without fear.
Do what you enjoy the most.money will always come and go no matter what...
with only an extra $200? stay with the job you enjoy. money isnt everything. your mental and physical health are way more important.
Hi Snoop. I would say , stay where you are @!! If you take the other your health may suffer & may no longer be able to work @ all ! play it safe!!
Good Luck!
even though you may be making less, your sanity is just as important. if you are liking where you are at, and the environment is better, - you should stay. i have had that happen to me twice over the years. i have had nights where i could not sleep just because of so much stress from work. i did find a better place, took a good chunk of pay less, but i can sleep and feel good when i come home instead dead, and tense. you already know your answer. paying bills is a priority, but so is your health. being stressed and tense all the time is not healthy. good luck.
Even though money is tight, (we all have that problem), if what you are doing for less money is more satisfying them what you were doing, I would stick with the new job. Your Health and Happiness are way more important then money. One way or another, if you really put your mind too it, you will overcome your financial situation.
You have enough stress as it is, being in debt. Stick with what you got. If you need to make more $$$, just work overtime. Seeing how it is not too stressful.
If you are happy with your new job and love it like you say, you should stay there. Stress and bull** are not worth your health and happiness. GOOD LUCK!
you didn't say if you had any family boyfriend / kids i'm sure they would like you around more.
you must look after your health and if you are on top of your debts and are happy why change ?
if you are in control why put your self under pressure
so relax have a jam sandwhich ! lol
all the best
Being happy at work place is very important. It makes you want to go to work, not dred the thought of waking up and saying "oh no, not work again" that can have a big impact on the rest of your life. I think stay where it feels and good and maybe try and improve your position eventually or ask for longer hours. Good luck with the decision.
That's entirely your choice, but I can tell you from experience that stress definitly works on your health in many ways. To me, getting a reasonably stress-free job has helped and changed me a lot. I am a much more positive person than before and almost sick-free (colds, flu and such). I understand your dilema too though. Ladies get paid much less than men, so the bucks do count. I wish you the best on this one..
of course doing what u enjoy would always b my first suggestion but @ the same time if you have this job with a goal in mind (getting out of debt) you have to ask yourself if its worth it
I would stay with the job I love. Your health will start to suffer due to the stress and no job is worth undue stress. Money isn't always the answer when it comes to your health. Keep your eyes opened and maybe something else will come up or you could prove yourself to your new boss and get more money that way since you love your job.
Why would you go back for a dollar and stress, this is not my call and I don't know your situation, but a sensible thing would be to stay and do what you like, try changing your life style and you will pay of your debt, and make sure you don't get yourself in this position again. A dollar is not worth it, what will you do after you pay of the debt, your nice job will be gone and the stress will stay.
