I never finished college should I still put it in my resume or not?

Answer:
Sure . why not. Just put the timeframe that you did attend, with the major.

You just can't put "graduated" or "diploma"
Yes, put "some college" or however many years you went. some places only care about degrees/diplomas, but many want to know about the extra stuff. So anything that might help you is good to tell them about.
if u are still attending, then yes..if not, no cause it would look like you are trying to take credit for something you did not finish or employers may look at it as quitting
Yes, but I would only add it if you finished at least several months. If you only finished, for example, 3 weeks, it may make you seem lazy. Lol.

If you completed one year, for example, just put "One year at ____ College".
All knowledge is good. Put it in the resume. There could be a million reasons you didn't finish. No need to be ashamed of not finishing.

I finished after 25 years of procrastination - and I ALWAYS put in my college time. Was never an issue.
Depends on the job.
yes, you should, its better than no college at all, and it will show that you have knowledge
