Ever had a no-it-all boss?

I have got this new boss that has never worked in this line of buisness before but thinks that she knows EVERYTHING! Of Course you just have to sit there and take it but I was just wondering if I am the only one that has ever had this problem!

Answers:
Insight to boss -- she is scared that someone is going to find out she has no clue about the business. So she is overcompensating by acting like a know it all.

Have had several bosses like that. For one I just let him ramble on and demand we do things that I knew would cause problems. When he finally got in trouble, the manager fired him and called me in the office telling me that since I knew the business I should have watched out for the new guy. Good luck.
It could be just her management style
All but one of my bosses knew it all.
I had several "know-it-all" bosses who didn't know much. Don't worry, eventually their "know-it-all" approach gets them into some mess that they know nothing about. My advice to you is to document, document, document in order to cover your behind.
