Im going on holiday in 5 weeks and need to get a job so i will have money for it, what would you suggest ?
Answers:
Go round all the pubs and restaurants in your area and see if you can get a job bussing tables or whatever.
Failing that, how about window washing, car washing, gardening, etc.
Go to all the building sites locally and see if they want labourers.
Call to your local fast food outlets and see if they'll take you on.
Just keep asking, someone will give you a job eventually!

I think you should cancel your vacation(holiday). Most companies (that includes part-time jobs) don't want to hire someone that is going to leave on vacation during the initial training period.
Why did you plan a vacation without having any money put aside?
Send your CV to a temping agency.
I would suggest that you look on the Internet and ask people that you know has good jobs. You never know you may find a job that will do exactly what you what it to do. Don't give up hope and keep looking you find what your looking for.
Try waiting tables, there is good money in this and you can have a mixed schedule.
My son does temping work he starts work on Monday its only for 4weeks doing exam papers for edexel have a look on linen to see where the nearest centre is there is also other examine boards you could go to its easy work you only scan bar codes and sort the papers ready for going to examiners its good money to,
