Who cares? Egyptians are most probably a mixture of everything that came along during the millenia, same as everybody else. Why would it be important to you? Are you racist and need to know that someone you meet isn't of "inferior race"?? The ancient Egyptians, at least, weren't, look at the portaits of Echnaton and Teje, there seems to have been a lot of Nubian, and other kings and queens look Semitic or Caucasian.
