Depends on what like it is is. Sounds like you are ready to get a bunch of people pissed off at you; a bunch of people you have to keep working with every day.
Do you think your bosses will love you for showing how badly they're doing their jobs? The only good reason I could see for opening your mouth is if you plan to quit the job and enjoy dramatic exits.

Ideally people fear people who are different. People fear me because I will tell you when I do not feel comfi with the situation around me.
If telling it as it is will not get you into trouble. Go ahead let them know. At times you have to stand to your ground!

Keep it professional and they will see there a problem exists that needs to be addressed. Later someone might ask you in private more details or suggestions on what can be done. Have an answer ready. BE CONSERVATIVE! Save the 'like it is' for more private conversations with someone who will pay attention and help do something about it. It is never a good thing to let it all loose at a large meeting!
