How does one become a tour manager for a band?

Well first you have to find a band, that you want to go on tour with.
Then you have be cute and get with them.
You have to sign a contract with them that makes it possible for you to gain something from the band itself.
Then your on your way.
u gotta be cool with the band first mane - and like music, and have a business mind.
