Can I look for a job on my own if I'm also working with an employment agency?

Answer:
Of course you can, but please realize that if you do get a job on your own the employment agency may very well collect a fee from you. check your agreement. Think about it this way. in real estate you sign an agreement with a Realtor to sell your property for a commission. Now if you read the fine print, even if YOU sell it, they get their commission. Reason? How can anyone know if you really generated that lead yourself or it was a result of the advertising done on your behalf.
I dont see why not, unless you signed a contract of some sort.
i dont think that you would need to.
Some employers don't use an agency---so your perfect job could be out there, and you'll never find it unless you look yourself!

I know plenty of people who found better jobs than an agency could find them.
Of course. It isn't all the time they have a job for you once you are finished with one. Good luck interviewing and beating out the other candidates though.
