What hours should i sleep for the 9am-5pm shift?

Answer:
Working a 9-5 job you need to use the following schedule:

Wake 7:30
Work preparation time: 7:35 - 8:30
Travel to work 8:30 - 8:50
Work day 9:00 - 5:00
Travel from work 5:10 - 5:30
Dinner 6:00
leisure time 6:45 - 11:00

That leaves you from 11pm until 7:30 each night to sleep. Adjust your timing according to your travel to and from work and the amount of time to prepare for your work day.
How did you even get a job?
Depends how much sleep you need and how much time it takes you to get ready. Most people probably work 9-5 and sleep somewhere between 11pm and 8am.
Whatever hours you feel like it. Except of course 9 am to 5 pm and the time it takes to get to and from work.
The thing that matters is consistance. Go to bed the same time every night. Also get about 8 hrs of sleep.
Depends on how much time you need to get ready for work and how long your commute would be. Most medical professionals recommend 7-8 hours of sleep, so it's looking like you may have a 10:30 pm bedtime for that shift. Don't worry, though-that's why they invented Tivo!
I would definitely not sleep during 9am to 5pm. Think about what time you have to be up to be at work by 9am. if you require 8 hrs of sleep a night. just count backwards to see when you need to go to bed.
i usually work 8-4
and ill come home eat something
take a nap from like 5-7
take a shower
go out for the night
get to sleep by 12
and wake up the next morning and
i am fine
idk whatever suits u
i dont no. But i always sleep at 4am wake up at 1 or 3 pm
A better question would be, "What hours can I sleep DURING the 9am-5pm shift?" I would try to find a nice quiet closet or store room to snuggle up in. You'll be out of the way and the boss will think you're off working hard somewhere. If he notices that your'e never in the break room you'll probably get promoted, so I would suggest that you should even sleep through breaks, if possible take a sleeping pill when you arrive in the morning, slug down some decaf and catch that shut eye!
