How do you tell your boss.?

to not stand over your back everytime a customer comes in?

She mis-interprets our "turn over" selling. That's where we are to ask another associate to help with the sell, but she instead walks into the sell and doesn't help at all and expects us to split the sale and commission with her.

(SHE DOES THIS WITH ALL OF THE ASSOCIATES)

Answer:
I'd speak with her one on one and explain your concerns.

If that doesn't help, then take a few of your associates and try again.

If that doesn't help, then go up the chain of command - her supervisor.

If that doesn't help, then leave the company quiety or resign yourself to the fact that the boss is, well, the boss.
Thats a hard one..Mabey if you ask her/him nicley they will leave you alone
what she is doing is micro-management. no one perfomrs well under those standards. have a heart to heart with her, or generate an email, then talk with her about it. emphasize that your goal is to do your best for the company, and that you feel you could do even better things without her standing over you or interrupting you with client interactions.
I would tell her to, either contribute to the sale, or go find someone else to mooch off of.
