Who should I send the Job Acceptance Letter to?

I accepted a job offer through the phone from a HR person. He emailed me all the paperwork, employment package, etc.

Who should I make the Job Acceptance Letter to? The HR person or the Director?
or I should not write it because the start date is less than a week and HR just told me to come in on that date?

Answers:
I would send a reply response to whomever went you the email Leave the origina employer's offer on the bottom. This was your are confirming you will be there on the start date, that in itself is an acceptance! And keep a copy
Sounds like this might be a first job...

You don't need to send an acceptance letter if you have already accepted over the phone and they sent you the paperwork. Just make sure to bring everything with you on the first day when you report to HR.

Oh, and unless you are specifically asked to, never send anything to the Director - he/she probably wouldn't even look at it anyway.
I would sent the HR and Email. That way you have confirmation that you have accepted the job.
The letter is returned to the sender and you can end your acceptance letter as follows:

Sincerely yours or Respectfully yours,
Name

Cc: Directors name.
