I thought all Canadians spoke French. If you are like them I am sure they wouldn't have a problem hiring you.

there are alooooott of french in canada. and im pretty sure they would employ you. i used to liev in canada with my best friend. and his mom was french. and he worked at a resteraunt. i think you'll be fine. good luck!
