Yes.unless your interview is a test of your abilities in the workplace. If you are just being interviewed you should at least wear a shirt and tie.
yes, you should dress professional no matter what job you are interviewing for. the first impression is the most important.
i would say by wearing them unless you come off of work somewhere else right before the interview you are sending a message to the employer that you are already employed in the medical field .my suggestion is to wear what you would wear to any other interview a nice set of formal wear
