This question is for recruiters or human resource people. Do you remember who all sends a resume?

Do you remember names of people that send their resumes 2 or 3 times to your company? Also, do you remember no shows?
just curious.

Answer:
Of course, it varies by company. Many larger companies do keep resumes on file for some time before disposing of them. If someone doesn't show up for an interview or whatever (which isn't good), that is usually noted with the resume (or the resume is trashed flat out). Smaller companies only tend to keep resumes for the duration of a particular job opening.
Yes, no shows are most certainly remembered (and normally have notes on record to this effect) as are people who sumbit their resumes mutliple times.
