How much salary increase should I ask for in the context of a relocation from Paris to London?

it will have to depend on your sector or industry, food industry you will be lookin at a pay cut, fashion a pay cut, IT and Legal and Medical a pay rise.. but on the general, paris is more expensive to stay in then london, so i think it reflects the pay packet of people on these 2 sides, if not being head hunted or a raise in position i would say a pay cut is more on the cards.
