I am starting a job in exhibition sales, the commission is 2% which seems very low compared to media sales which i have done. can anyone tell me how much on av. commission is in exhibition sales, and how much commission i could earn based on an average year in exhibition sales, i know this depends on the exhibition size, and cost of space (£200 per m2), but i am just looking to know how much of an increase in this and what targets to ask them for

you should find someone in your field in another company and compare, surely you're not the only one who does what you have been hired to do
You need to talk to other employees of the company, working on the same exhibitions.
Ask around, but don't make an exhibition of yourself.
