How best to tell HR Manager/interviewer about job changing decision and reason?

how to answer during interview the question : why you leave there and join here? why should we hire you and not other candidates?

Answer:
You could say you feel that you've reached your maximum potiental in your current job and that you'd prefer something more stimulating and demanding to apply yourself to.

You are interested in joining this new company because you feel that its dynamic and that it has as much to offer you as you have to offer the company.

They should hire you over other candidates because, whilst you do not know what the other candidates can bring to the company, you can only speak for yourself and you can bring experience, enthuasiasm and dedication to the company if you should be lucky enough to get the job.
Best of luck!!
i always say i want a new challenge

and

i believe i have the skills to improve the shopping experience for the customer or what ever the job entails.
New challenge is good,
possibility to expand knowledge
company has reputation that suits you
You should be hired because you feel you are suitable for that
company
You like their reputation
Hope it helps,good luck !
There is not enough of a challenge and little scope of advancement. I once used the reason " Everwhere I've ever worked, there has always been a Scottish Engineer in charge" "Even Captain Kirk had one on the Enterprise". Just leave a lasting impression!
IS NOT JUST WHAT YOU SAY ITS HOW CONFIDENT YOU ARE WITHOUT BEING COCKY.
THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WOULD WANT THE PERSON TO TELL YOU IF YOU WHERE TE INTERVIEWER
