My supervisor says her foot hurts and is making me do all the work. How should I handle this?

Don't quit your job.
File a grievance against her or check with your Human Resource Department for information on how to handle the situation.
Your supervisor is verbally abusing you and she needs to be stopped.
Quit.

Your supervisor needs an attitude adjustment, but you're probably gonna have to take it unless you are willing to make a big change. You should find a new job where you don't have to take that kind of abuse, or else try to talk to your supervisor about it and see if anything changes, though that might make it worse too. If you have to, don't be afraid to go over your supervisor's head. Your complaints are justified.

Sound like harassment, notify whoever is superior in management to both of you. Start documenting things, it may get nasty.
First report her to someone higher up than she who can catch her in the act.
Suggest she go home, I have no sympathy for people in the work place sick, stay home, then at least you will be free from her mouth. I'd rather do all the work than to have someone sitting on their * while I work.
Get witnesses, get proof, get a lawyer, make big bucks off her ignorance. Simple.
You must have a human resource dept at work take it to them, first by law they are not allowed to speak to you in that manner. Her actions are unprofessional and illegal
