This is exactly the kind of bullshit I had to put up with in highschool and it still pisses me off.
DO YOUR JOB.
You are paid to perform a task, not to evaluate the level of insensitivity in the workplace and not to whine about it. There shouldn't be anything going on to be considered insensitive if all of you would shut the ** up and WORK.
I used to get in trouble in school for pointing things like this out when the little snots sitting next to me would do the same thing. They were there to LEARN, not to sit there and gossip about their pathetic little social life while I was trying to listen to the teacher.
I'm not trying to be insensitive myself, I just don't care- I know where my priorities are and you should get yours straight.
You could respect my opinion or you could report me and show yourself to be the world class piece of ** the kid sitting next to me was- your actions will speak for themselves just as his did.
He's living in the trailer park and still making minimum wage at the local Fareway while paying child support to the little *** he was talking to instead of paying attention like he should have been.
You could report me, but it wont piss me off- it will only serve to further reinforce my opinion and validate my point of view because I print it all out on paper for a scrapbook that I keep for the purpose of making my point during conversation.
Just like the loser I sat next to in school, getting me in trouble for pointing out what should be the obvious will only serve to provide me with a source of amusement.
