A cover letter is a letter addressed to the individual or the individual company you are applying for

You can find many great sources on-line that you can either use as a template or pay a small fee for but belive this, the little money you spend (if any) comes back to you in the salary you can negotiate for. I paid a small fee of $50 for a great intro letter and it paid dividends by getting companies to call me and start the preocess of landing the job.
